My path to Sage & Autumn was born from a love of beauty, yes, but also from a belief that florals can hold emotion in a way nothing else can. Over the years, I’ve learned that it isn’t just about arranging flowers — it’s about listening closely, guiding thoughtfully, and creating with intention so that every design feels deeply personal.

My journey
Sage & Autumn is a San Diego floral studio born from a lifelong love of art, design, and the transformative power of beauty. With a background in interior design, I’ve always been drawn to creating experiences and spaces that feel intentional, inspiring, and deeply personal. My journey into floral design began during a period of personal reflection—when I turned to flowers as a way to slow down, reconnect, and find clarity. What started as a private creative practice evolved into a calling: to help others experience that same sense of wonder, meaning, and joy through florals.
I work with couples, creatives, and brands who value artful, intentional design and experiences that feel effortless, refined, and personal.
